Occasionally our kitchen reaches capacity, so the earlier you can place your order, the better. We apologize for any inconvenience. We monitor all ingredients used in our cakes to make sure they are gluten free. Occasionally, some products we may use (sauces, pastes, curds) are reformulated. If we cannot guarantee those ingredients are gluten free, we will remove them from our recipe. We appreciate your understanding.
